Services listed below are provided at properties located within Key West City limits. These are introductory prices, so don’t hesitate to make your goals reality early in 2024.

I’ll send to you my one-page list of inspirational and thought-provoking questions that will jump-start your imagination and tell me about your goals.

After you return your Jump Start answers to me, we’ll spend 1 hour in the space that you want to transform. We’ll brainstorm and do some draft sketches.

I’ll create for you a list of materials, some drawings, and a step-by-step guide. This will include lists of materials, suppliers, and contractors that may be right for your goals. 

If you are emotionally ready to declutter, I will spend 2-hour intervals with you providing motivation and hands-on help with my tried-and-true sorting process. 

I will pop in to check on contractor work while you are at work or out of town.  If you have a major project that requires more supervision, let’s talk about the time involved and come up with a price that may save you money in the long term.
